Yoga and Meditation Teacher
Joanna Dove, a certified teacher
at Deepak Chopra's Center for Well-Being,
has been taking the principles of Yoga
and Meditation and applying
them to people's golf games for the past several years.
Playing good golf takes a combination of skill,
strength and focus,
and Joanna has provided golfers with a way to both strengthen
golf-related muscles as well as staying in the right
frame of mind in order to focus on their game.
Yoga for golfers has proven to be an efficient way to
improve flexibility and strength while quieting the
mind at the same time. Joanna has taken this even further
by specializing in meditation and visualization
techniques. Golfers have seen tremendous
improvements in their lifestyles both on and off the
golf course through working with Joanna.
In 2004 Joanna released her first new revolutionary
DVD, Yoga for Golf and Life.
